Tri Specific Strength Classes
The EHS Tri program and coaches are the best I have seen in the tri-state area. The training plans are crafted on an individual level to cater to the needs and demands of the athlete vs a group training program you see at most other places.
Finally got around to looking through the pics from Iron Man Cozumel. I think this is the best possible picture I can post of what Steve’s help meant to me – healthy and happy at the end of Iron Man #1. Thanks again EHS!
Needless to say, Steve kept me motivated and confident through a traumatic injury and helped me accomplish my first full length Ironman triathlon.
EHS Tri coaching provided me a detailed training program that allowed me to train injury free and with confidence toward finishing my first 70.3. Steve’s strategy and approach is tailored to the invidual and tweaked on a daily basis to the physiological and psychological needs of the athlete.
I moved from Germany to the Greenwich area 18 months ago. EHS allows me to pursue my triathlon passion despite my intensive 70hours plus work schedule. It offers great Computrainer, Brick run, and swimming courses as early as 5.30am in the morning during the week and on weekends. The coaches, the PTs and the entire staff are very competent and accessible. I have become friends with many athletes who train at EHS and we support each other to reach new performance levels unthinkable before.
From the beginning of our relationship, Steve has taken the time to get to know me as a person and an athlete. He knows what motivates me, my goals and my approach/attitude to training.
